Aleksei Kulbakov appointed for Euro U19 final

UEFA has published the appointment for the final match of the 2013 Euro Under 19 tournament, in Lithuania.  The clash between France and Serbia will be handled by Belarusian Aleksei Kulbakov.

Having joined this tournament as the most experienced referee on international level among the six officials  selected, Aleksei Kulbakov has already officiated two matches in the group stage: Lithuania - Spain and Netherlands - Spain. Having become a FIFA referee in 2006, Kulbakov was immediately selected for a UEFA youth tournament: he handled matches at the 2006 Under-17 Euro Championship. Starting from 2009, he is a regular referee in Europa League group stage matches, belonging to UEFA First Group of referees.

Logical with Vassaras considering that Marko and Vassaras also attended the U17 finals earlier this summer - and Marko observed the final in that tournament. Yes, I know that that final was refereed by a Greek referee, and thus Vassaras could not be the observer, but somehow I think that they had already decided to split the two finals (U17 and U19) between them ;-) That is probably one of the benefits you have from sitting in the committee.

    1. Well, awaited trial in the range 8.3-8.4. If we look strictly had a few minor issues, but without affecting the result. Full control, good management!
Excellent physically prepared, I like the style of movement ( the height is quite nimble, easy to change the rhythm of movement and is often used running back ). The game was correct.
      Best regards!

  6. Would appreciate a synopsis as well. I only caught the first 60 minutes where he was doing quite well, but I missed the rest.
