  2. Geiger with a handball penalty and a straight red card.
For me, both decisions are acceptable.
The arm is not so widely open but it was near the goal and the player was might have removed it prior to touch the ball, while the given red card in second half is totally justified.

    2. Both decisions Geiger took are acceptable.

We can't argue for both the red card and the penalty especially since the ball clearly is headed to goal.

  4. I'm not convinced by the penalty given to El Salvador:

It seems that the striker is going towards the defender and the contact is unavoidable.

    1. For me it is a penalty Chefren.

Blocking without intention to play the ball. Even though I don't like such kind of penalties they are acceptable under the LoTG.

  5. Ricardo Louisville missed a offside when USA scored the 3-1

The player which crosses the ball in area, clerly comes from an offside position ater the touch of his teammate, the assistant stays firm in his position, missing the situation.
