  1. So final for Zwayer or Kulbakov. I rather think Zwayer, even though I haven't seen his second match.
Kulbakov gave a penalty in the last minutes of Netherlands - Spain, it appearead as a correct decision. Handball, not easy to see.

    1. Probably Zwayer for the final. He is more experienced and surely the committee will look for a replacement of Grafe.

I must ask, in what ascpect is Zwayer more experienced then Kulbakov? This season will be Kulbakov's fifth season in EL, probably he will get CL match. I agree about Gräfe replacement, but I think you are not right about experience.

    3. Zwayer is experienced having handled many Bundesliga matches, but under the UEFA point of view Kulkabov is more and more experienced than the German.
I by the way forgot Strombergsson but I don't guess him for the final.

    4. We can't just take into consideration only the amount of matches but also the quality. Most of the matches Kulbakov handled were either extremely easy or low-profile.

And as Chefren correctly pointed Zwayer comes from a very difficult championship (Bundeslinga).

I wonder who is the second referee that left the tournament.

    5. I agree with your points. Zwayer is the most probable final candidate. I followed approximately 60 minutes of his second match between SRB and FRA and he was doing well in a not so demanding match. I guess Strömbergsson has left the tournament. As for the assistants, my bets for those who stay at the competition are Karsiotis, Broughton, Opland and Razic.

    6. Strombergsson is back home and of course aleckovic.
Assistants that stay are broughton Opland and zwayer Marko for Serbia-Portugal
and Scerri Razic Kulbakov Vassaras for Spain France

    7. Scerri is there? That means that the committee evaluated the goal/no goal situation at SRB - TUR as no goal. I have an opposite opinion.

For me ,it was red, because his arm was stretched, and he clearly wanted to stop the opponent. :) Ok,at least yellow, but Oliver missed disciplinary totally (he saw that tackle)
And in 33min,again elbow for Portugal captain, this time on Serbian GK.

Micheal Oliver is being very inconsistent with his carding

I have only watched the second half on and off, but to me Oliver seems to have a good game with everything under control and the players' respect. Now time for extra time...

  8. As Zwayer already had FRA-SRB, Kulbakov is my favourite for the final now.

    1. The penalty whistled to Spain seems slightly outside the area.
