Aytekin the only Elite Ref, what can this mean?

Not a matter of categories in FIFA appointments. Simply, Aytekin is preselected for WC 2018 and he had never attended a FIFA tournament.

    2. Aytekin at U20 WC and Zwayer at U17 WC would have been more logical indeed, but maybe there are some reasons for that.
Now Aytekin should have good chances for the top matches in Chile.

Perhaps Aytekin was busy or not available, indeed I expected Zwayer now and Aytekin in NZL.

    4. Aytekin is Elite without merits.

      They will be tested in:
      2016 OLYMPICS TOURNAMENT
      2016 CLUB WORLD CUP
      2017 FIFA UNDER 20 WC
      2017 FIFA CONFEDERATIONS CUP
      2017 FIFA UNDER 17 WC
      2017 FIFA CLUB WORLD CUP

The tournaments in the year following a WC (2015 in our case) is always reserved to new and young preselected officials on the list.

It seems that FIFA already made 3 changes:
      Malang Diedhiou (SEN, 1973) / Maguette N’Diaye (SEN, 1986)
Gery Vargas (BOL, 1981) / Alejandro Mancilla (BOL, 1979)
Nicholas Waldron (NZL, 1982) / Gerald Oiaka (SOL, 1975)

They aren't on the list above. Will they, as Elite referees, be integrated next year too?
